Car was picked up and delivered when promised the service was done and important information was given to me on tyre wear also a recall was acted upon during this period so that a further visit was not necessary.
Barry the man that does pick ups and drop offs was excellent as always.Service from receptionist a little strange, felt like I was being rushed away despite no queue, usually speak to a service person but didn't this time - seemed odd.

Winter wheels fitted and car wash took too long. Was quoted 1.5 hours plus wash. So agreed to wait. Left garage 3 plus hours later and computer telling me tyres needed to. E inflated to correct pressure.

The service was good but when I left to go home the car had a problem on the motorway and I had to turn round and take it back which was a pain. The problem was a bad spark plug. I would have thought that the technician would have checked this out.
I was able to book the service for a time that was convenient for me. The facilities were excellent and I was able to utilise the high quality wifi to work whilst waiting for the service to be completed and the car was serviced quickly & efficiently.

I accept it could have been a difficult repair, however the vehicle was with the garage all day and it was still 18:45 when it was ready. Felt a little like it was left to last as it was a warranty repair. I am also not 100% sure the issue is fixed.
Very poor communication, no phone calls to keep updated as to what is happening with vehicle.Nobody seemed interested in the extra information I tried to give when dropping vehicle off.

Had to pay £10 for an admin fee to get a loan car which having a 7 series i think is wrong.Need 2 rear tyres and asked for a quote. Received quote, went on line with service agent and they were 50% less on line by a tyre company. Feel duped.

The agent was very helpful as was the receptionist. The waiting lounge was clean, tidy and wellbstocked with papers and coffee.
Because I got what I wanted for my car and because I was able to wait in comfort while the work was carried out. If I have one comment it is that the volume on the tv was too low . . . you had to be a lip reader!!!

I was kept updated of the progress and notified that the brake issue was at the rear rather than the front (which I had assumed and asked to be replaced) both the lady on reception and the customer service advisor where very professional & pleasant
My BMW suffered an engine management issue.in the past i could have the vehicle checked whilst i waited via the key analysis. This time i had to take a day off work. In fAct the car needed some parts replaced so it needed to be in for the day.
There was a lack of communication after the service. Issues were not explained. These have been discussed with the relevant staff but, I would say, that I am still not entirely happy.

The time to change the tyre was excessive
Because I was charged for a brake inspection which I didn't need on the car. I the dealership was profiteering from the need for me to have the car MOT'd and the the service indicator re-set. Not good.
I called the service dept to ask what time they closed, i was told 7pm. It took me 3 1/2 hours to do a 20 mile journey, Due to the M25 being closed only to find when i arrived at 3 mins to 7 it was closed.

Very friendly and, I feel, honest. The 2 hour service actually took more like 3 hours, which was a bit of a pain, but otherwise no problems. They also price matched two tyres which I was very pleased about.

Spec Cars Stevenage look after my car AND me! I wait whilst it has a maintenance check in a comfortable lounge, enjoy complimentary coffee and have peace of mind knowing the car is checked to the highest standard - and washed for me too!
They make it easy on the customer, train station pick ups, comfort while you wait and nice clean car on return.
Lack of information, car took longer than told ( 2 days longer ) with the exception on the lady on reception I found staff unprofessional.
Overall, it was timely and a lack of communication. When I called to ask what was happening, either everyone was busy or they would phone me back, which never happened. Some people were very rude.

Reported whistle on heater not sorted and creaking Windows not sorted but I have been told you will have another look as these the next time the car is in the garage.

Have not impressed me this time as I said must have car back for 4pm which gave me a spare hour, arrived a 5.20pm making me lat for an appointment plus issues detailed below.

All the staff were great especially Sam on the front desk. The only detracting factor was it took two visits to rectify the issue.
The car has developed a significant vibration through the pedals which on a 3.5 hour journey started to numb my feet.

The car goes in for an oil service and comes out with the horn not working. The car is booked in for investigation and I'm told it needs two new horns, £228. The car is just over 3 years old, it doesn't inspire confidence in the quality of BMW cars!
The facility was extremely clean and pleasant with prompt and friendly staff. The booking experience was simple and I received reminders about my appointment. And my car was washed and cleaned upon completion of the MOT
When I booked my car in I requested a courtesy car, which was agreed. When I arrived to take my car in, I was told that no courtesy car had been allocated to me, which effectively left me stranded. I was offered a lift to the local train station.
It took me 3 times to book the service appointment. The first 2 times, I telephoned in the morning approx 8.30 am - 9 am and the phone just rang and rang and no answer either time.
Problem with air conditioning efficiently handled.
Dropped my car off for a issue with the radiator, however I was then notified that there was also a issue with the fuel pump. I was very glad to find that BMW noticed this issue as well! The only issue was there was not a curiosity car available.

2 days after we got the car back the passenger side rear wheel was shreaded by the wheel arch under cover came off and was touching the tyre.
I was totally satisfied with the technical aspects of the visit. I was disappointed that the car was returned late. I received an apology. I have also responded to a survey for this visit already and received an acknowledgement from Sue.
