I only score lower as when originally diagnosed the problem I returned the car to have both repairs done and received the courtesy car at a cost. I was called after the 1st day to be informed to collect the car as one repair was done the other wasnt.

I choose to travel to Stevenage for my services rather than use Elms BMW which ironically is 200m from my front door. The reason is the service from one particular member of the team. This gentleman is called Rob Dunnett. He is excellent.

I arrived early with two dogs in the car.The staff at the service centre and sales could not have made us more welcome.They provided me with coffee and water for the dogs .I was informed of a local dog walk . Great service thanks Specialist Cars

Over priced petrol when returning the car. Even though I had filled the car up prior to returning - i got charged for more at £2 something a litre. costing me £40 for a quarter of a tank basically?

I requested that my car be ready for 1pm as I had an appointment. At 1.51 it was finally returned to me. If the garage knows that a deadline is not achievable they should say so at the beginning so that the customer can make other arrangements.

It was the first time I had a "while you wait" service/inspection visit. It would have been useful to know at the time of booking how long it was expected to take. It was approx. 90 minutes - longer than I had assumed as it was a 4.30 appointment.

I was not expecting to have to pay £300 for an oil/fluid change as it had a 5 year extended warranty on it. This was it's first service it had since I bought it in December 2013 and the extended warranty was pushed a selling point! Very disappointing
