Would have given five stars, only for a niggle with my car that could not be rectified. Technician did explain what I could do to minimise this issue on road test but in reality has not solved the promblem.

I took the car in as there was a whistling noise. I have had the manifold and cooler both replaced, which BMW kindly paid for the parts and I paid the labour.So I am very happy with the contribution, however I still have the noise - possibly turbo?

9.5 hours for an oil service and 2 new tyres.Asked for car to be ready by 4pm so I could attend a meeting - it wasn't ready until 5.15. Nobody informed that the car wasn't ready so I got a colleague to drop me off at 4.00 and had to wait.
Efficient and friendly service
Everything went to plan.
Steering rack was replaced under auc warranty was expecting 2 days work however this ran to 3 days. The repair has made a big difference and should have been done a long time before, possibly before the car was sold today me.
The problem of being called at 5.40 pm to tell me my car was not ready when I was there at5.50 . Luckily my son was nearby to take me home and get me back to pick car up next day

When booking in my car with the service department for the wait service, l was told l would have to wait one hour. I had to wait three hours which is unacceptable.Purchased the car from new and within a few months part the four wheels showed rust.

I only had a MOT test but to be completely satisfied with the current state of the car, I was recommended to have a vehicle check which I have now booked.
Overall very good. But would like it a bit cheaper. Courtesy car would have been helpful.

Up to it's usual great standard
I was very satisfied with my service but I had a couple of other things done to my wheels. A few days after getting the car home I discovered they had painted the tyres with some type of black sticky substance that also flicked over the paintwork.
I got the car to the garage at 7.30 to be told it wouldn't be ready until 5pm. I found this odd considering the time I actually got the car to the garage. The car was in for its 1st service and a computer reprogram. My settings were all lost.

On this occasion the car returned to me after the service and it wasn't cleaned very well. Also I thought we had an oil leak and had to take it into Chandlers BMW. They confirmed it was a messy service and there was oil everywhere underneath the car
Car was booked in for an MOT and an on going problem with the oil light constantly flashing up red on the on board computer - I also booked it in following an email from BMW for a bodywork assessment guarantee following some work done in 2014.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful; you did exactly what you said you would and the car was beautifully clean when returned.
I requested and expected to complete the repair work in one day. But, I had to drop my car twice for the that. I think the dealer is better to have sufficient parts in stock, especially like break pads, wheels nut, etc.

Prices are pretty high and you are left waiting around for too long one minute one person is looking after you. Next minute they disappear and we wait for someone else. The waiting area is pretty poor compared to other BMW dealers as well

The BMW Centre at Stevenage was great to find the most suitable model for my disability and assistance dog when I travel around. My Golden Retriever was so uneasy getting into previous make of cars I tried and it was love at first sight for both us.

Some minor issues regarding condition of the vehicle on delivery (a mark/scuff on the driver door card that I didn't notice until the next day). I also had to call back to get my deposit returned, but this was quickly resolved.
