Quick and efficient service.
Had to wait quite a long time to be seen (30 minutes) compared to previous services elsewhere. however staff were friendly and attentive
Kept waiting far too long 11/2 hour service took 3 hrs
I was given a number of calls to keep me updated on progress with the repairs and nothing was too much trouble for the service team.
Fault fixed but as it is a common fault perhaps should have been recalled?

good service but always a little late on the time promised.don't be so ambitious with the estimated finish time and I wont come back so early and have to wait.

Time lines are a bit off. Left the car all day, no phone call as to progress on arrival told the programming would only be 10 minutes which turned out to be 30 minutes. Then the car was washed, told this would be 20 minutes turned out to be 50 minute
The work was completed while I waited (Brake fluid service) and the car was cleaned before I left the dealership. In the interim I was able to work using the centre's Wi-Fi and enjoying light refreshments.
I received conflicting information - when car recovered I waited until later on to check it had been received (would have expected a courtesy call to say it had arrived) then had to chase the following day to find out what was happening!
Note sure whether or not to blame Specialist Cars from wrong setting of service indicator and for issuing no reminder of service due. Having said that they worked hard to correct the mistake. Service was carried out 2 months overdue - which cost me.
It was just an MOT but always enjoy visiting Specialist Cars with comfortable reception area and knowledge that the car is being inspected by BMW experts.

I was there for an MOT and, at £39.99, it was cheaper than far less superior garages....my car was valeted and cleaned amazingly also for this price so I left feeling very impressed and happy
Couldn't answer question on car
No courtesy car available. Nobody available for 45 minutes to provide lift to station. Fault not corrected according to car system on first visit and then no clue as to why warning did appear when re-examined

I have to keep reminding Service to leave the car as they find it, i.e. The radio on the same station, all the dials as they found them etc, etc, and this does not happen.

Only garage out of three others who understood our situation and frustration. Living in N Ireland and enroute to France with a caravan on tow is not ideal when car develops a problem. That compounded with the fact we are senior citizens
The problem that the car went in for has returned.
Would have said 'completely satisfied' except when the car was serviced, a tyre was replaced and I was told it would cost £168, when I went to collect the car it was in fact £198, I assume that I was told the VAT exclusive price.

I commented that my car loses power when it firstly starts up before my warranty was over and I took it in and they done some work on it and nothing changed it still loses power, now my warrantys over they want nothing to do with me, not returning

We took the car back due to a fault on the transmission On collection no reasons were given about what was found.
The faults were addressed but the car was returned to my wife unwashed. I did receive an email explanation of the engine fault which was appreciated.
They had to keep the car in overnight as a part was required. The service guy I dealt with was extremely fair with the pricing and gave me a loyalty discount. He was very helpful and alsoan obvious enthusiast.
The representative overseeing my service failed to contact me about timing and cost. I had to contact the service centre myself. However, all was done within the day so overall satisfied.

A straight forward 1.5 hour oil change was messed up when after the 1.5 hours I was told the stock system said they had 2 filters in stock, but they could not find them! I had to go away and come back in the late afternoon.Not the best use of my time

Long delays to re-book an on-going fault that after 2 visits is still not fixed. When I visited the dealer this was solved and booked in immediately with a courtesy car.
a different job of work was carried out to that which was agreed without prior approval for the change of job which resulted in a higher bill than expected. The problem was resolved satisfactorily once the error came to light

Specialist Cars are great, the service is excellent and the facilities allow me to work while I wait. The only reason for not awarding a '5' is that the first quote for a replacement tyre (for MOT) was excessive and could not be justified.

My car had a fault with the lighting control module which I reported when the car was under warranty. I was told that it would be checked throughly and was told it was a bulb replacement to fix the issue. Now the cars out of warranty it a replacement

Would have given five stars, only for a niggle with my car that could not be rectified. Technician did explain what I could do to minimise this issue on road test but in reality has not solved the promblem.
I took the car in as there was a whistling noise. I have had the manifold and cooler both replaced, which BMW kindly paid for the parts and I paid the labour.So I am very happy with the contribution, however I still have the noise - possibly turbo?

It was fine but not "startlingly good". I am not sure how I can comment further. I was given a nice cup of coffee and watched the television for an hour or so while the car was done but I am not sure what other indices of quality apply
Had to wait when collected car and no feedback during the day. Would be good to receive updates via text on the status of the vehicle.
Car was booked in all day for collection at 17:00 yet it wasn't ready at that time, even after I dropped it off at 7:30 am.

9.5 hours for an oil service and 2 new tyres.Asked for car to be ready by 4pm so I could attend a meeting - it wasn't ready until 5.15. Nobody informed that the car wasn't ready so I got a colleague to drop me off at 4.00 and had to wait.

Service from staff very good all carried out to complete satisfaction.
Steering rack was replaced under auc warranty was expecting 2 days work however this ran to 3 days. The repair has made a big difference and should have been done a long time before, possibly before the car was sold today me.
The problem of being called at 5.40 pm to tell me my car was not ready when I was there at5.50 . Luckily my son was nearby to take me home and get me back to pick car up next day
