When I bought the car year ago I was told that the car had had full service and checks. When I take care in for checking because the cautionary light had come on for brakes I was told that the car needs a major service.
The service was good in that reception and your driver were right on the ball. The MOT was cheap and well done; the disappointment was that one of the wheels was cracked and this took a day to replace. Not SC fault but an expensive problem well done

Service is always 1st class at Specialist Cars Stevenage. I drive over an hour to get there instead going to my local dealer which is 10 minutes away.

I had a warning light on the dash when I arrived, which I flagged to a member of staff. I was told that everything was fine, only to leave and have the warning light return. After enquiring, I was told further investigation was required. Poor service

My car was booked in for a, while you wait, routine service. I was advised when I arrived that the car also required an EGRV replacement as a recall. When the service was finished I was advised that the EGR valve couldn't be replaced as the engine
Almost three days of silence from BMW after the car was delivered to you for repair. We phoned initally to report the breakdown. We phoned a second time to warn that the car was on its way (as requested by you). We didn't receive any acknolwledgemen
Having turned up with a flat tyre the service team were courteous, efficient and repaired speedily considering the last minute nature of my request with regular updates

I don't expect a brand new BMW to need attention from Service department. The engine fault light shouldn't have come on. It was an air seal that needed replacing, but took several days to get the part. Courtesy car provided but I wanted my new car.
First experience of BMW servicing and to be honest I expected a higher level of service, the engineer broke an item on the car which meant the car was a day late being returned. Not good enough.
Easy drop off, competitive cost compared to local garages
Bmw fixed the problem quickly. Picked me up from home to collect the car. The car was immaculate and running perfectly when I drove it home! Excellent service!
I would have given a 5 star rating had the man with whom I made the booking not been sullen and seemingly disinterested. He at first suggested that I - the customer - should find out from his parts department whether they had the HUD screen I wanted

From start to finish the service was second to none. Colin Donno, Ian Payne and Andy Barrington-Hill deserve top marks for going out of their way to fix the issues my car.
It took too long to complete the needed repairs. Furthermore the needed repairs were only half done and another problem was created in the process.
I was very satisfied with the service I received from the staff. It was a smooth process dropping off and picking up my car. They also gave me a lift to and from the train station.

This is PEARL Townsend speaking as it was HER car that was being serviced - I find the personnel patronising, ie trying so hard to be polite that it doesn't feel natural. However, when it came to paying, the attitude was different, ie indifferent!
Because all my issues with the car, were sorted out in a quick and efficient manner. Was kept fully informed through out.
Helpful friendly staff
Initially there was a lack of communication about what was happening and why everything was taking so long. When the service manager found out what was happening everything was handled very well.
Job was botched, car not returned when promised, second visit required, senior mgt have not contacted me despite 3 requests, I lost a weekend away and dealer clearly could not care less. Total loss of confidence.
For the first time in years I have been disappointed with the service. Was not told when dropped car of service pack expired, nor when the 'consultant' told me was ready for pickup. Cost isn't the issue ... the service I'd expect from Ford not BMW.

Was a busy day for you, I waited 20mins for my lift to work and ended up getting a lift with a friend, the return lift at 5pm was OK. upon collection the car was not washed or vacuumed, the service advisor did actually wash it himself!

The paperwork only said about the check and the MOT I was not told that a service was not necessary because of the low mileage. There is no paper service record I understand from the press that this is now the usual practice.
Received good service, however it took longer than anticipated (2.25 hours vs up to max 1.5 hours which I was told it would take)
Overall the work was carried out but I had asked for the seat not to be moved but sadly it was. Also I have noticed that having just had a service the car is due for another service in 4 months time.

I am dissapointed at the length of time you have to book your service in advance to get a courtesy car. Although it is not a courtesy car as you have to pay for it. Whats more dissapointing is when you drive away in the car the red fuel light is on

I experienced no issues during the purchase and delivery process. All went smoothly and I was able to collect the car on the agreed date.
We are very happy to have bought our car here. Lee Wadsworth in particular was a person we felt we could do business with, we never felt rushed by Lee, and he was one of the reasons we decided to buy here. The centre has a very relaxed atmosphere.
