Part of the works needed was a regas to the aircon. This was done but there was found to be a problem with my AC system that maybe could've been found before I was charged £50 for a regas that wasn't needed?

The finance team need to prepare properly and know the vehicles. No use opening with 'your car has run flat tyres' in order to sell me tyre cover when the car doesn't. It felt like the attitude was all I need to do is sit down and he will sign.

Q2. Is tyre replacement Service? Usually 5*, but, only 4* now. I had brass valve dust caps on all 4 tyres. Specialist Cars replaced both rear tyres & my wife picked up the car. When I got home, I noticed only 1 brass left, 1 plastic and 2 missing

The fact that 2 tyres were needed, we were advised that they needed replacing. The dealership did NOT have the tyres in stock to do there and then (not helpful) and secondly we managed to purchase the tyres elsewhere at an absolute substantial saving

The steering wheel had never been straight. I mentioned this but was told the warranty for this is only 12 months or 8k miles. News to me. So they wanted to charge me £275 for a 4 wheel alignment which is outrageous!

The brakes were checked and work carried out to try to rectify the problem, and although the work that was carried out appeared to have cured the problem, it came back within a couple of days. There may be an issue with the pads?

The drivers seat leather is scuffed on the bolster - I consider this to be unacceptable wear given the age of the car. Your view was that this is "fair wear and tear" and you would not repair under warranty; I think this response is unfair.

I spent most of the afternoon waiting and was told that the sensor was not charged as a good will gesture.Whilst no-one can know when a fault would occur, it is clear that the brake issue which was recorded at the MOT should have been imparted to me.

The work was all done as planned. The issue was with the service representative. It was like pulling teeth to get any info out of her. I had to keep asking questions, nothing was volunteered. Eg so was the service carried out ok? oh yes fine..…etc

From start to finish Angelo was very helpful and kept us updated on delivery status along with answering any questions I had, this even extended to texting me when he was out of office !
