Ease of whole procedure from booking to collection.
I required an urgent service as both rear brake lights had failed and had been stopped by police who issued with a "repair notice". Specialist Cars arranged for the repairs to be carried the next day.
I dropped my car off at 8am on appointment day and said I'll pick it up at 4pm when I arrived at 4pm I was told my car had not even been looked at then awaited over an hour to be told they had to get parts and couldn't do it
Hi there, my husband brought the car in for me so cant really comment but the car is in perfect working order now it has new tyres and you have fixed the bonnet clasp so I am happy.
Great customer service, swapped my courtesy car to larger model to accommodate airport run and extended car for extra day so I didn't have to rush back to garage, kept well informed of progress and generally excellent all round.
Excellent service from Colin the Service Advisor with regular updates. Mechanics did a great job too.
As all my expectations were met. Staff are great, and always look after me! When I had a problem with one of my tyres at my last visit , they arranged for it to be replaced as soon as they could.
The overall service received was excellent. The car was collected and delivered back within the times agreed and all he work requested had been completed.
At some point, the button on my hands free had been knocked off. I eventually found it under the drivers seat.

4 stars out of 5. A slight drop from my usual rating. Late December / EoY impacted the workload. The service centre appeared to be working at full capacity. I worry about the quality of workmanship if this is sustained. For now, I call it a glitch.
When I first attended everyone I dealt with was incredibly helpful, including the lady I dealt with, who also got a technician to come out and look at my car who was very knowledgeable and did everything to help.

I booked my car in with BMW as was asked to bring it at 8am on the day of my appointment. When I dropped it off, I was asked what time I need it back, to which I said ASAP. I was told they were not working on it until the afternoon, which bemused me

Completed the service as expected and on-time. Indicated upcoming servicing needs. Customer service was good - competent and friendly staff. Car was washed before handing back.
Fantastic facilities and very helpful and friendly staff.
I was pleased with the attention to detail (good reception, clear communication and nice to have the vehicle cleaned) but I was disappointed that I needed to return to have the oil level topped up 1 day after the oil service being completed.
Expensive remedial work was diagnosed for my car. I was offered a 10% discount but when I mentioned I'd try to get a cheaper quote from a local independent, I was asked to call back as the dealership might be able to something further on my bill.
The repairs were done quickly and the service was excellent.The car is running very well.

I think the service department in Stevenage is superb, friendly, helpful and if they can manage to do something on the spot they will. I have attended the service department 5/6 times over the last two and a half years, always been really impressed
Efficient, professional, punctual
When booking the service I said that I was concerned that the car battery was failing and asked for it to be checked. When I arrived this request was dismissed and I was advised to trickle charge the battery overnight! I will go elsewhere in future!
On arrival after dropping off my car I was informed that the loan car I had booked was unavailable. However a solution was found although I had to wait longer than anticipated.
The agreed work was completed and on time.
Every time I raise a complaint or an issue, nothing actually happens about it. I just receive another survey.
The reason I have rated 'Fairly Satisfied' is because I had provided a significant amount of information as background prior to dropping off my vehicle for investigation. Following the work carried out I am not entirely satisfied with the findings.

I asked that the seat height was as high as possible, t his was not done so driving was difficult.
The creeking of the convertible roof was fixed however it has returned within a couple of weeks.

I had given the lady a list of items outside the service that required attention. These were only 2 things, only one was fixed. I now have return the car on the 14th Dec for you to do the job that was not done. I am not prepared to pay the loan car

The lady who dealt with me was very courteous and explained everything, having acknowledged it was my first visit to a BMW service centre. Everyone else in the office seemed to treat customers in a very good manner.
The problem of irregular start and stop has not resolved by the centre.

My only disappointment was I ordered rear tinted windows to ensure valuables left on the rear seat were not easily visible. What I got were tinted windows designed to reduce UV sunshine entering the cabin. These are not dark enough .
