car regularly has maintenance check of tyres & levels but this time no screenwash shampoo in windscreen bottle very inconvenient & inefficient screen cleaning!! Annoying!

The whole experience, from arriving to leaving, was most pleasant. I have had a lot of experience over the years with many service departments, this has been the best by a long way.

No initial call back from service as promised. No courtesy car available despite problems with car vibration reported prior to arrival. Car still has a lamp failure warning which was reported to your service team prior to the service.

I have owned 14 BMWs which have been serviced all over Europe. In all cases the treatment given both myself and the cars has been little short of outstanding; Specialist Cars Stevenage is no different.
It seemed very expensive compared with services I had done on my old BMW. I know oils and filters are expensive but everything else seemed to be just checks. The whole thing was completed much quicker than I was told to expect too.
Friendly staff and a day's test drive in a new X3 which my wife is considering as her next car.
Man changing winter tyres to summer could not find security nut for wheel. When we got the car home we looked in boot and it was in its place where it should be. Why did he not see it? Did he even look?

Checking in takes much longer than my previous Jaguar experience. The car was promised for 15.00, but I had to wait until about 16.30 before it was ready.

Not only did they fix the problem on my wife's car under warranty (which was more than fair as only part of the problem was warranty related) all of the staff were very pleasant - a special mention for the receptionist who was lovely.
The work was done quickly and it was clear that no opportunity was taken to hasten the replacement of two tyres getting near end of life but that still have about 1000 miles of travel in them

Booking the service was harder than it should be as I was unable to get through on the phone and no provision to book online. Car was picked up by friendly member of staff and dropped off. Car was cleaned to an average standard and the boot missed

Very minor point but one parking light found to be out when collecting vehicle following service & MOT. Although noted at time of collection this light could have blown just following service so maybe just coincidence.
Receptionist and other staff kept me well informed
The service on day was fine but 17 dys later the rear tyre warning light came on. The next day 29-3 we took to a garage and both tyres were completely worn and split. Service should have identified this

Service explained to me and car running well and clean on return. There was a slight scratch on the bodywork on its return but your manager was apologetic and fixed it without argument.

The service was done while we waited and it was on time. The friendly staff made us feel welcome offering us drinks. The car was returned within an hour as stated and all was ok plus it was cleaned.
This is at least the third time I have asked you to fix a fault with the headlights vertical adjustment. This is still not fixed and warning messages still appear. This is a safety issue as headlight coverage is poor on unlit roads.

Was kept fully informed of the progress of work being carried out.
The issue of the door rattles remains, and the boot lid now has a number of scratches where the rear spoiler was fitted. These will need to be polished out as the clear coat on the paint is now damaged. Door panels were left unattached when returned.
