From start to finish Angelo was very helpful and kept us updated on delivery status along with answering any questions I had, this even extended to texting me when he was out of office !

The work was all done as planned. The issue was with the service representative. It was like pulling teeth to get any info out of her. I had to keep asking questions, nothing was volunteered. Eg so was the service carried out ok? oh yes fine..…etc

I was given an appt of 2pm for winter wheel change.The car was not moved for 30min.I was told it would take until 3.30 to complete. At 3.30 I was told that the car was being washed. At 4pm it was brought out still wet,dirty with bird droppings!

I had to book the car in with very short notice but there were no problems.Being a cynic at heart, I suspected to be told that the rotors would have to be changes as well as the rear brake pads after 70000 miles, but happily this was not the case.

About 2 days after the MOT - I noticed that the bonnet had not been completely shut properly - this potentially could have been dangerous driving at full speed in windy conditions as the bonnet could have flown off.

I choose to travel to Stevenage for my services rather than use Elms BMW which ironically is 200m from my front door. The reason is the service from one particular member of the team. This gentleman is called Rob Dunnett. He is excellent.
