I had to return to the garage for readjustment of the hand brake. I had asked if it is possible to update the audio software but I'm still waiting for an answer for that. Could not tell me why car goes into 'limp home' mode at times.
Everything went as promised
Having asked prior if my main service had to be done by Bmw and being told no as long as genuine parts were used and because of the price i was quoted by Bmw i had it done where i could afford at present. Computer could not be reset.Disappointed.
Even with a booked appointment it takes over 30 mins to get checked in and the loan car.
Very satisfied, the service was faultless. No complaints at all.

Car in for airbag recall. Job done on time and car returned as I left it no grease or dirty stains or finger marks. Well done makes a change from what normally happens.
I booked for a Saturday so unfortunately they couldn't take me home but they allowed me to pick up the following day from the sales office.
It would have been nice not to lose the car for another day despite letting the service department know exactly what was required... but I was pleased to have everything explained.

problem was within 24 hours of buying the car, delay between a local dealer and yourselves was disconcerting and took a week to fix. Service made NO contact all done through the sales rep and our pushing for info, never really got explanation

I took my car for its second service. When I drove away I noticed that the car was suggesting it needed the brake fluid changing in September. The service was in August.I phoned to question- can't do it as part of the plan come back two weeks later

Vehicle low oil warlning light illuminated on way home, needed to return vehicle to have correct level of oil added. Ian Freeman dealt with it instantly and efficiently as he always does.The vehicle misfires in wet. This still happens.
Car in for repair twice in a week but now seems ok. No loan car offered firs time and was without a car for. 3 days. Car arranged second time. Ian the technician was very helpful.

Had to wait quite a long time to be seen (30 minutes) compared to previous services elsewhere. however staff were friendly and attentive
I was given a number of calls to keep me updated on progress with the repairs and nothing was too much trouble for the service team.

Time lines are a bit off. Left the car all day, no phone call as to progress on arrival told the programming would only be 10 minutes which turned out to be 30 minutes. Then the car was washed, told this would be 20 minutes turned out to be 50 minute
The work was completed while I waited (Brake fluid service) and the car was cleaned before I left the dealership. In the interim I was able to work using the centre's Wi-Fi and enjoying light refreshments.
Note sure whether or not to blame Specialist Cars from wrong setting of service indicator and for issuing no reminder of service due. Having said that they worked hard to correct the mistake. Service was carried out 2 months overdue - which cost me.
I received conflicting information - when car recovered I waited until later on to check it had been received (would have expected a courtesy call to say it had arrived) then had to chase the following day to find out what was happening!

I was there for an MOT and, at £39.99, it was cheaper than far less superior garages....my car was valeted and cleaned amazingly also for this price so I left feeling very impressed and happy
