I left the car for 7 hours and no work was undertaken, not even to wash the car "first thing" before a warranty inspection
The team were too busy to check on a couple of simple little things I ask for and said I should book another appointment on another day.

I can't fault the sales experience. David Carr was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was less satisfied with the service centre experience as they appeared to be struggling with volume of work
Despite arranging a drop off and pick up whilst my car was being worked on. I did not receive the pick up and when I spoke to the centre I was refused a pick up. I ended up having to walk 1.5miles to the centre to collect my car.

Failed my MOT as my reg number was not in correct position.Reason I was upset was I had purchased form new and it was a bmw specialist who pit it on and it had been MOT approved the previous year by you as well.It was done FOC but it was ridiculous

Everything was great apart from some confusion on the price. Specialist cars had that day sent me an email with a service price for my old car (Same Model) which was much lower than the price quoted for my newer car which I cant understand
wasn't told why the cost was as it was and if i was getting a deal compared to any competitor - good to know that the cost is reasonable etc
I wasn't told that the car wouldn't be ready until 5 o'clock so I spent an hour and a half waiting, until after 4.30.
The service was a a time that suited my commitments, it was ready within the time frame stated by the garage. All work I expected to be carried out was and an addition a problem I asked to be looked at was resolved.
I am always confident when leaving my car with the dealer. On this occasion, the car was due for MOT. The MOT was good value for money at under £40 and the car was then valeted. You can't buy that elsewhere.
Able to drop off car early which helps with the rest of your day, Transport available if you require a lift to public transport hubs. Advised pick up time car was ready and washed. Hot and cold drinks available for free

Having waited for car in waiting area, chap that was dealing with me,went to lunch after,handing me all relevant paperwork but prior to giving me my car back. No-one appeared to take over.i was left waiting a further 30min after est. time it was due

Following the Inspection 2 service my car broke down twice, the second time after the fault had apprently been fixed in the middle of Traffic on the A1M

No issues what so ever with the booking and service. Before the service my windscreen was replaced. I asked if the service check included checking the lane warning calibration. I was amazed that this safety feature wasn't covered unless I paid £79.

repair tyre which was insured found out I had recall airbag and couldn't drive it. Also both back tyres needed renewing after only 2 years and 20k miles? Already had 2 new tyres 3 months after buying car. Fed up with BMW!!

Great service and clear and transparent through out. However post collection I have an issue with the windscreen wipers I didn't have before but have been away son or had opportunity to bring back.

Car was picked up and delivered when promised the service was done and important information was given to me on tyre wear also a recall was acted upon during this period so that a further visit was not necessary.
Barry the man that does pick ups and drop offs was excellent as always.Service from receptionist a little strange, felt like I was being rushed away despite no queue, usually speak to a service person but didn't this time - seemed odd.

Winter wheels fitted and car wash took too long. Was quoted 1.5 hours plus wash. So agreed to wait. Left garage 3 plus hours later and computer telling me tyres needed to. E inflated to correct pressure.
The service was great
The service was good but when I left to go home the car had a problem on the motorway and I had to turn round and take it back which was a pain. The problem was a bad spark plug. I would have thought that the technician would have checked this out.
I was able to book the service for a time that was convenient for me. The facilities were excellent and I was able to utilise the high quality wifi to work whilst waiting for the service to be completed and the car was serviced quickly & efficiently.

I accept it could have been a difficult repair, however the vehicle was with the garage all day and it was still 18:45 when it was ready. Felt a little like it was left to last as it was a warranty repair. I am also not 100% sure the issue is fixed.

Had to pay £10 for an admin fee to get a loan car which having a 7 series i think is wrong.Need 2 rear tyres and asked for a quote. Received quote, went on line with service agent and they were 50% less on line by a tyre company. Feel duped.
everything handled professionally
Because I got what I wanted for my car and because I was able to wait in comfort while the work was carried out. If I have one comment it is that the volume on the tv was too low . . . you had to be a lip reader!!!

My BMW suffered an engine management issue.in the past i could have the vehicle checked whilst i waited via the key analysis. This time i had to take a day off work. In fAct the car needed some parts replaced so it needed to be in for the day.
There was a lack of communication after the service. Issues were not explained. These have been discussed with the relevant staff but, I would say, that I am still not entirely happy.

- Communication not as promised in 2 occasions. I had to call the center to check the status and delivery. Second issue was with mileage put on the vehicle, somehow was 8k,opposed to 10K p.a. requirement. Sales rep does not recall the discussion.
The showroom was smart, well laid out with plenty of space and a great selection of cars. The staff were very friendly, specifically Ashley Baulk who i dealt with. The lad was extremely helpful, thoughtful and a really nice guy, he deserves credit.
