This is the second time I brought my car for a service and it wasn't cleaned. It wasn't in for a big job and I had to call at three after giving my car in at 8 asking how long my car will still be Specially after being told it won't take that long

From start to finish the service was second to none. Colin Donno, Ian Payne and Andy Barrington-Hill deserve top marks for going out of their way to fix the issues my car.
It took too long to complete the needed repairs. Furthermore the needed repairs were only half done and another problem was created in the process.
Car cleaning not very good. Failed to top up windscreen washer as requested.
I was very satisfied with the service I received from the staff. It was a smooth process dropping off and picking up my car. They also gave me a lift to and from the train station.

Job was botched, car not returned when promised, second visit required, senior mgt have not contacted me despite 3 requests, I lost a weekend away and dealer clearly could not care less. Total loss of confidence.
Helpful friendly staff
Initially there was a lack of communication about what was happening and why everything was taking so long. When the service manager found out what was happening everything was handled very well.
Because all my issues with the car, were sorted out in a quick and efficient manner. Was kept fully informed through out.
This is PEARL Townsend speaking as it was HER car that was being serviced - I find the personnel patronising, ie trying so hard to be polite that it doesn't feel natural. However, when it came to paying, the attitude was different, ie indifferent!
For the first time in years I have been disappointed with the service. Was not told when dropped car of service pack expired, nor when the 'consultant' told me was ready for pickup. Cost isn't the issue ... the service I'd expect from Ford not BMW.

Was a busy day for you, I waited 20mins for my lift to work and ended up getting a lift with a friend, the return lift at 5pm was OK. upon collection the car was not washed or vacuumed, the service advisor did actually wash it himself!

Customer service is execellent problem dealt with straight away, staff can't do enough for you, left my car with service centre was informed of the progress by phone, and received a call next day that my car was ready for collection.

The paperwork only said about the check and the MOT I was not told that a service was not necessary because of the low mileage. There is no paper service record I understand from the press that this is now the usual practice.
Received good service, however it took longer than anticipated (2.25 hours vs up to max 1.5 hours which I was told it would take)
Overall the work was carried out but I had asked for the seat not to be moved but sadly it was. Also I have noticed that having just had a service the car is due for another service in 4 months time.

I am dissapointed at the length of time you have to book your service in advance to get a courtesy car. Although it is not a courtesy car as you have to pay for it. Whats more dissapointing is when you drive away in the car the red fuel light is on

I purchased my BMW as an approved used BMW with 10800 miles and only 10 months old. I recently had the car MOTd and asked for the irregular wear to my front tyres to be investigated. A defective track rod end was found and replaced but not the tyres.
I have established a very good relationship with Specialist Cars and I am always treated as a valued customer.
Great service as ever from specialist cars Stevenage. However the service manager when I collected my car was rude to the driver who had picked me up from the station which was unprofessional and completely unnecessary hence losing a star.

It sometimes seems that the team are not really set up to progress handover quickly. I need to get in and get out, the waiting area is pleasant enough but I don't really want to be sat there waiting.
All v good but I was not taken through the car visual check. I only found this a few weeks later . Without this one minor failing I would have been v satisfied. On the +ve side, I really appreciated the quick turnaround.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Service and car cleaning took an excessive amount of time and over an hour and half over the estimated provided. Below the usual standard from BMW.

No initial call back from service as promised. No courtesy car available despite problems with car vibration reported prior to arrival. Car still has a lamp failure warning which was reported to your service team prior to the service.
