Service was carried out properly with no problems. The only issue I have is when collecting my vehicle is the time it takes to get seen and pay for the work carried out. This is a trend that has not changed over the years at specialist cars.

Although the team needed some extra time, I was comfortable in the waiting area and was able to catch up with work while sitting there. In addition, Josh, Charlie and Angel were amazing in keeping me updated and provided good conversation.
They gave me good advice, they did the job on the spot, they looked after me (I am a sucker for free hot chocolate on wet cold days) and then they adjusted a couple of things on the car that I hadn't noticed, at no extra charge or hassle.

Car picked up from home as we are self isolating. We were telephoned when they were on their way. Likewise on completion and we were told that the dashboard, steering wheel keys etc were all sanitised upon delivery back to us.
