There was one problem encountered last minute with a damaged tyre but this was dealt with very well.

We had no issue with the salesman, Navin. However when we went to pick the car up at the allocated time it wasn't ready and it transpired that the battery was still being charged so BMW's final inspection wasn't complete.

This w as a fairly large service and I was provided with a nearly-new courtesy car for £15. I was kept updated with the progress of the service and had an excellent video of the car on a lift. The car was cleaned inside and out - cost under £500!

Loan car arranged for next day. I expressed my dissatisfaction re the wasted journey and clear communication issues. Advisor has arranged to have vehicle dropped off/ swapped which was very much appreciated as it saved a third trip to the dealership.

I was very satisfied with Stevenage Sytner Bmw. My previous visit when Stevenage BMW was under different captainship was a total shambles which is why i delayed any previous return. Now it is completely different.

Vehicle was on site for 4 days for a service and some warranty work. 2 of the 4 days nothing was done to the vehicle as they was trying to get car back into workshop. On two occasions had I had to progress chase to find out was happening with car.

While my service advisor, Oli, has been excellent, the overall experience has been poor with regards to diagnosing the fault. I'm not sure how it has been so difficult to diagnose an audible knock with this many visits and extensive repair work.

I needed a brake service. No works were undertaken as you didn't have discs in stock (extraordinary for a main dealer!). I was then charged for an SoS warning 'investigation' when I told you want the problem was! Then the quote for discs was wrong!

Servicing + MOT Fail which obviously is publicly logged impinging the car's value - now why would an MOT be conducted prior to the servicing or if the MOT was done after service surely the fault should have been rectified as part of the health check!

The gentleman I dealt with was extremely courteous polite and professional. He explained what will be happening with my car. Explained what the service involved. Came out in the rain and explained the controls of the loan car provided very clearly.

I was told during booking it would be a 2hr procedure. On arrival I was told it would take all day. I explained to advisor this was very inconvenient considering BMW told me 2 hrs. She ensured it was done quickly.. I got car back within 3 hrs. Thanks

No issues experienced. They had a look over the brakes when I arrived and said I'd felt a juddering on breaking on the way up but they couldn't locate a problem during a health check.

The adaptive cruise control is flawed. It thinks it's seeing junctions when there aren't any and brakes for no reason as a result.

A difficult process of sorting a problem my BMW had in warranty. Firstly told I never turned up to an appointment you cancelled. Had to chase numerous times. Wasn't given a courtesy car and then car not ready. Hassle from the start. Unhappy.
