I am always looked after very well, both in sales and servicing
Booked in service + said the boot switch at the back of the car was not working.This was not repaired and I am asked to bring the car back for 1-2 days.

Service centre are excellent however marked very satisfied because I often receive calls from the sales team about events I am not always called back a a promised when I expanded I am looking to change my car for a smaller model.

After allowing the service dept to keep my car for another day to get a part, the vehicle was returned to me with a rattle coming from the centre console area. The driver who returned the car must have heard it but did not inform the dealership

Took the car in at 7.30 in the Friday morning and the car was not looked at until very late in the day meaning I had to pick up in Saturday morning

I think I could have been better warned that I was going to miss out on my pre-paid service package by going JUST over the 50K limit. I missed the limit due to the service department being very busy at the time I booked.

Drive train warning had light came on. The service advisor said it's a fault with the cam shaft sensor. He advised this can be rectified by software but that there's a £160 charge. Seems unreasonable to pay for software as that's not wear and tear!

My recent annual car service at Specialist cars was for a "while you wait" service. I delivered the car at the agreed time but it was at least 1 hour before it moved from where I had parked it. The total time I waited was 2.5hours which is poor!
I had to take the car back in 8 days after my service as not all the services that were needed were done
Booked in with a puncture, needing new tyre, was suggested also Service was due and was very kindly able to do this also at the same time which was most helpful as its difficult for me to get to the service centre as I live in Luton so thankyou
Efficient, customer friendly
Car was picked up on time and delivered back to my home as promised. Service and MOT were fine.
Mini Cooper courtesy car was fine and quite enjoyable for two days. Facilities available while I waited were very comfortable. The hot chocolate is always good!
I was told my car needed to be in for the day for the service. I had the inconvenience of walking to the railway station to get a train to Brookmans park and then a 2 mile walk to my house. Same in reverse. The offer of a courtesy car would be nice!

This is the fourth time I have been in Stevenage BMW for service and find them very efficient.

car given back to me with advisory note that i have tyres needing urgent replacement and a nail in two of the tyres. i would have expected that information in the morning so they could address it when it was there.
We phoned up and were told the car was ready to be picked up in half an hour. It wasn't and two of us had to hang around for the best part of an hour after we arrived.
Phone calls are made to agree but are not followed through.

Car in on Tuesday with mechanical fault. Had to chase for updates. No action seemed to be taken until following Monday. Took 4 phone calls from me to get through to the person looking after the car on that Monday. V poor communication.
Process of dropping off and picking up car very lengthy, waiting over an hour despite BMW specifying the time to arrive. When Im a rush to get to work or collect a child not helpful. Loan car was awful - shouldnt be branded BMW, disgrace.
Done on time with no fuss or problems.
Overall very good - My wife did have to interrupt a conversation between 2-Staff to get attention when dropping off the X3, plus was told it was ready, but found it wasn't on collection.

This is mainly due to the long wait to drop and pick up car without service team acknowledgement. When I did get to speak with someone, it was satisfactory.

Good service, but had to ask about courtesy car or pick up service from house - it wasn't offered. Also no courtesy car available for a weeks at the time of making thr service request.

The last few years had no trouble with the service but this last one was disappointing. We had a fail on mot with a cracked alloy, was told it was £380. Had to leave car with you for 4 days. Same day had email from peter panico with report saying ok

Too much "BMW" process, lots of paperwork, etc. Why do I need to waste time watching/waiting for a service representative filling out computer pages, preparing a job card, etc, it just takes too long and wastes a lot of time. Work done ok.

Very good service-kept up to date with progress, customer service from someone who really seemed interested and not too horribly expensive. Also got the car back much more quickly than expected.
Only went for a MOT and therefore waited; however it took almost four hours (considerably longer than previously) and car wasn't washed due to queue caused by only one wash point available. Not good!
The booking took 2 weeks to arrange and i repeatedly needed to get back to your staff as my calls were not answered

The team are fantastic from the moment you drop your car off Barry the driver supervisor always remembers who I am/what I drive which makes me feel welcome and Ada the new service advisor is great despite starting her new job 2 weeks ago.

Work started and completed on time. In addition Kerry was particularly helpful with some additional knowledge on the computer controls I was unaware of . The mechanic, Neil I think, also went out of his way to explain his extra checks

I waited 45 minutes just to drop off my car and be given a loan car. The loan car was supposed to be a BMW but was a mini which I was not happy about at all, especially as the guy before me had an X1. The service guy didn't try to find an alternative

Handover and delivery of car was poor - car was not unveiled as previous.Sales person had no idea about my new car (not even the service interval) and she forgot to include my car protection pack, which meant an additional return to the garage
