Very polite staff and comfortable waiting area
Service requested and ibstructions not followed. Had to book further visit for software update. Paid more than expected when booked online.
Good level of customer engagement particularly from David when eventually getting hold of him. Updates from the service desk would of been sufficient but not forthcoming.
Car park was chaotic when I arrived with no places to park. I drove off and returned 10 minutes later when there was one space being vacated. There was a scratch on the rear bumper after the service.
All the staff make everyone feel a valued customer. Very professional and polite and they are able to adapt depending on the type of customer they are dealing with
I called 5 times and no-one ever called me back. I eventually had to insist on holding until I could speak to someone to then be told you couldn't rectify the fault I needed fixing
Smooth booking, collection and return service.
The service has been faultless. The fact the car can be picked up and delivered to me for service or mot is very, very important. I appreciate warnings of things that will need fixing soon, so there are no breakdowns or unexpected faults.

.My X5 was a recall repair re the alternator. I only found out my X5 was on the recall list by looking on the DVLA website. BMW did not inform me of this recall.Specialists Cars were unware of any recall as well. My car was booked in 4 wks .
It was difficult to speak to the service representative when there was an issue. I waited for about an hour when I attended to collect my car. Totally unacceptable.
Very satisfied with actual car service. Only feedback would be that I was waiting during the service and my car was parked outside finished and waiting for me for at least 15 minutes (probably longer) before a service person came to find me.
I had the advanced car camera fitted but there appears to be a fault with the wiring but it is ok the lady on the bookings said it won't be an issue, I just hope the car doesn't catch fire!

My car had an MOT and passed. When it was returned to me the wind screen wipers were not working.

I was told on the Friday the car was ready to be picked up. I said I would pick it up the following day, which was Saturday. I arrived on Saturday at 10.30 to pick my car up. I had to wait 50 minutes. Far to long as far as I am concerned.

Car was in for a brake fluid change. From the moment I arrived (15 mins early) to the time I left exceeded 2:15 hrs this did include a quick wash and brush up. With today's servicing equipment I believe this to be a bit excessive.
Despite being informed my car was ready for collection,on arrival at the garage I still had to wait 20-25 minutes for my car keys

Booked in for service and to have alloys replaced. Dropped car off on that basis, having taken day off to do so. No problems flagged on check in. Very difficult to get a progress update. When collected alloys not done. Still waiting for solution
They volunteered to collect the car which was good. When it was returned it had a red brake light warning which cost me money to correct the problem at another garage.Personally I would have phoned to warn me that a light had come up.
For 2 reasons: I had seen glitches with infotainment dashboard but nothing came up in your tests and secondly the car was not even properly cleaned after the service, very disappointing from what you expect from BMW

No issues. The clarity of the video message sent could be clearer. Difficult to hear narrative. Also took a while to get the service done, due to a full workbook.
The MOT was undertaken and the problem was resolved.
I dropped the car off at opening having made clear that I needed it to be ready for 3pm. It wasn't. No phone call during the day. It was not washed. A problem with the front sensor was not dealt with because they looked at the wrong side.

Because I was delivering staff training in my own school and then in a school in St Albans I was unable to collect my car at the later time. I asked for the car to be brought to me and it was.
4 hr to do the MOT
I was dealt with, with great care.
The minor service work was carried out, but it felt that very little effort was put towards the warranty issue the car has. Again very frustrating considering having to book the car in two months in advance for a courtesy car
Price charged for service was significantly higher than the total advised over phone before work authorised. Long wait to collect vehicle despite many members of staff being present. They were ambling around chatting to each other instead of serving.
Steve was there from the start of the sale and kept me updated all the way through the process and helping out in any way he could.

The car was returned without having been cleaned of valeted(even though we had been told this would be done) No issues with the repairs/MOT which were fine.

Bought the car back in the Summer put my private plate on it there after.Came in for my service on the 22nd paperwork still not changed after informing BMW direct & BMW assist ?

Recent service experiences have not been as good as I would expect
I missed my target train due to the driver not being available on time - appreciate its an added service, but not as good as previously experienced. Still waiting on a call back about an outstanding question.

I think the service has been very good, staff are always attentive and easy to get along with. My one reservation is that I was told when I purchased my car that I would be contacted half way through my agreement about my options, i have not heard.
The delivery and station transfer - faultless. Collection - shambles. I had to get a cab from the STN to dealership. car was not ready for collection. Not all aspects were resolved.(7 series key does not show when car need a service)

They did a software update as I was having a lot of issues a a special request which actually fixed some of the issues I was having with media.

The online BMW booking system allows arranging the car drop-off at 8.00 am. However, on reaching the garage just before 8 am, I found the garage to only open at 9 am. This was also the case for 3 other customers left waiting outside. Not good.
Date requested was granted, service was completed promptly and waiting area comfortable.

Car passed MOT with no provisionals - always good. Very informative video of the underside of the car including commentary. Polite helpful team.
On MOT I was told there's a nail in the back tyre- driver side. Your mechanic did full visual tyre check and pass. I've had the alert 'car is due service' since Aug 2018. The alert still come on and unsure if the oils were changed and reset not done
Very expensive simple break pads change. Materials very expensive too.
I was well looked after by the dealer, but also felt a little let down as my car was in for two days not being looked at the first day due to only one technician who appantly new the vehicle.
when I turned up, despite appointment confirmation on phone, it wasn't on the system, but that was dealt with. No option of courtesy car.
I alerted the receptionist to the fact that a yellow warning triangle and parking light failure was flashing up on the screen. Sadly this was not dealt with so the alert us still showing.

This misses out on 'completely satisfied' as the advisor who I was dealing with failed to follow up as promised about the auto gearbox test result on my X5 executed whilst my service was done. (Whether a gearbox oil change was due or not)
5 star treatment as expected
initial visit was fine, but car had to go back in a few days later due to brake issues following brake fluid change whilst in for service. this turned out to be due to a sensor not being reset properly and was extremely inconvenient.
They did not get to the bottom of the fault but were friendly. Tom was a very nice chap.
Service carried out satisfactorily, but it turned out that it wasn't needed at that time, but the person taking the booking didn't mention this.
One difficult problem unresolved
I think the chaps name was Ray and he took time to explain everything and then asked the senior technician to help also on some of the more technical questions I had. Prompt, polite and efficient.
As mentioned above the whole changeover process was painless

when I collected the vehicle the towing eye covers were missing and there was only half a tank of fuel in the car although I had paid £75 for fuel which was on the order form. I also had to pay approx. £550 for delivery but as the car was dealer
