Again, I was aware my MOT was due, Paul informed us of this and managed to get it booked it and carried out there and then. We couldn't believe the customer service Paul provided.
Specialist Cars do not have a good customer care attitude when it comes to service side of the business. I used to visit them in Tring (nearer to my office) but I they are not much better either. After sales is sometimes better at Ford
Easy to book and completed on time
I was double charged. The after service was terrible. The staff rude and ineffective and despite bringing my car in 3 times to havea simple light fixed the part was not ordered. Shockingly bad!
We see staff walking around but they do not seem to be doing anything and customers are waiting.

All staff we came into contact with were professional and helpful. Able to answer all our questions and kept us up to date with the status of the new car. Our sales contact Lee Barker was superb.

You don't get the chance to speak to a technician about any issues on arrival, and feed back on a hand-brake query at collection was vague and there was no report on the paperwork.
Poor Service rang back 2 days later after i was told someone would call me back, could not decide on pricing of service until car was picked up was told one thing and charged another , car was not ready on time.
Service completed as promised
The car was delivered but not cleaned completely. It was a previous issue which hadn't been rectified. Further, the tyres were over inflated. This resulted in myself contacting BMW Emergency to rectify as this was a clear error. I am concerned.
Terrible service .... no one answers the phone when trying to get an update on vehicle. I have also had issues post the service with the car

Although I had an MOT booked at 08:30 for a 'customer waiting' appointment, the car was not driven from the car park into the workshop for the MOT to be done until 09:40.

Excellent service nothing was too much trouble
Charges not explained/agreed prior to performing work or properly after work completed. Very difficult to speak to a manager or anyone with authority on the phone to resolve this- after leaving multiple messages still no one has returned my call.
Every setting on my car had been wiped and l can now not get contacts from my phone or play any of my playlists. Seat settings have also all been wiped
Once again due to the service and willingness to go the extra mile.

This was the worst experience I have had in respect of a car service with BMW. On the way home my tyre pressure sensor displayed all 4 tyres were deflated. On checking all pressures were at 1.4B. I called the dealer and received no response!!!
Very friendly and great environment however the waiting time was twice as long as I was told to expect.
I dealt with a girl called Megan Ralph and her boss during the sales process - very professional, good negotiation and smooth pick up and PX of my car. The service team were also professional, informative and very smooth to deal with.
The associate who dealt with me kept me informed at all points and was courteous and friendly.
My tyres needed pumping up (I had a note on the computer) but they failed to do this so I had to go to petrol station straight away to clear the computer

The Advisor asked my wife why we had brought the car to BMW if we know a mechanic!? I have been a BMW Specialist Cars customer for nearly 10 years. I trust that BMW are the experts, but it is reasonable to ask for clarification of the work quoted.

Within a week of coming in the brake fluid light came on, 3 days later the brake pad light came on. Meaning I have to book again, this should be avoided.
When the car was left with reception I advised that the tyre pressure warning light was on, on completion of the brake fluid change and valet, I collected the car and the tyre pressure warning light was still on. I had to ask to get it sorted out.

I have had one issue recently when I was not told the truth about the vehicle inspection and the inspection had not been carried out properly. Otherwise it has been very good. Watch out for the experience of your front of house service managers.

I wanted a more conclusive answer on the cause of the issue as the proposed solution wasn't guaranteed to fix the issue.
It was an MOT so was a standard activity. Advised rear brakes needed replacing which was conducted.
Price was good compared to another dealership
Rear score 4 out of 5 (the system forces a perfect score). OK service experience. Very much appreciated the use of a courtesy car, but I did not receive a call (as had previously last year with Mercedes) to inform when my car was ready for collection

The car was washed after service but not fried properly so there were smudges on windo a and windscreen.. tyre pressure was still on lower side when I checked next day but was assured tyre pressure was correct and checked.

My car was booked in for a recall. No action was required but the car was taken in for the full day. I was given a 100% positive h/c when I collected it but I had a parking light out that wasn't spotted and was marked OK on the heath check.
The service itself was carried out fine as it always is with BMW Stevenage. However, I remain extremely dissatisfied with the fact that I had to pay for a service on a car I bought 8 months ago and had done only 6000 miles. Not happy at all

My car has been in for a warranty repair that was not fully carried out, infact the car was in a worse state when I got it back. Since then BMW have gone to very little effort to resolve the issue.
Good communication. Helpful staff. Just wish I'd been told it was a service as well as a break fluid change and I would have asked for car collection and loan car. This is because I live in Bricket Wood and it is not a convenient venue for me.
Despite having booked in and being told to arrive whenever convenient, I had to wait a long time to be seen. I would have preferred to have been given a specific time and not had to wait.
I rang BMW and was told i had to pay £99 for checks. I dont understand why as it wasnt broken when the left my house.
the agent assumed that my car was out of warrant and quoted me a A/C check feel or 90 pounds. then on learning that car was only 3 years old and in warrantee, it all worked out. the agents should do their homework
Carried out the work as promised
No update on when to collect car. Tried to ring, no answer and was promised call back. No call back. Rang back, no answer (repeated this several times). Walked over at 6:15 as shut at 6:30. Car was ready but no one had called. Staff didn't care

Car not cleaned upon pickup Wait for car and to pay is just not quick enough. I don't want to sit down and watch TV or have a coffee for 5-10 mins. Door rattle remained fixed for 48 hours only (last time it was 24hours!)

Having booked the first appointment, the initial wait time to be dealt with was longer than expected.
Last one left in the service department waiting and did not get the car washed as I told I would. Feel they could have washed first then got it serviced? Had to wait for the check in of my vehicle. Oil change seemed expensive. Video check good
Excellent customer service, there was a slight wait when I dropped off my car and picking it up, but that was only due to being extremely busy. Apart from that can't fault anything hence the 0.1 reduction

Usually service is very good, always used This time it was very poorly managed. The advisor was poorly trained, did not manage the situation well and caused a lot of anxiety and disruption. Pricing, particularly for tyres is really uncompetitive

They did everything I wanted in the timescale predicted and there were no consequent problems. There was a follow up query the next day which they resolved immediately and without charge.
Although my car was brought in the night before I had to call to get an update the next day . I was coming up from London on the train - someone should have offered to pick me up from the station.
When originally calling I was told they were full with a 6/8 week lead time whilst this in itself is not satisfactory when I escalated to Michael and Ray and Lee they all came together and my car was in and out within a week -
Everything was above our expectations. The centre is very nice with friendly people. Ashley was very knowledgeable and accommodating.
Overall experience was superb mainly due to the sales person, Will Carr, knowing his product extremely well and matching the product to my needs.

When I got my car home I discovered The incorrect REG Plates had been fitted. The plates were changed quickly but when I checked one of the decorative caps is missing. Also the dash cams stopped working after two days.
