Car picked up - and returned immaculate! Communication with my husband and I excellent. The driver picking up and delivering the car back gave us explanations and answers to our queries. Workshop communication with my husband was most helpful.

Having bought a service pack with a brand new 335 I was charged £514 for labour and material to replace my brakes despite being told that I wont have to pay the booking was made. Rear brakes had 19000 miles remaining yet it couldn't pass an MOT.

poor service. Treated my property poorly, received my car back damaged, then denied all liability as I (the customer) had not asked a member of staff to inspect my vehicle. Disrespected my property further in front of my eyes by damaging my plates.

Not enough space. In short, failed promise of loan car on drop off day forcing me to alter my schedule the following day. This has been booked 5 weeks previous and I was made aware after sitting in traffic for 30 mins en route to the dealer.
The whole point of using BMW is to get a better service that didn't happen.

Poor communication between garage and customer and worse communication between staff at workshop. Told to take my car home with issues because garage had run out of time but needed courtesy car back.

Loan car wasn't available so the appointment was cancelled. There has been no follow-up call to book me back in.
Final amount I paid was double the estimate, I had to wait 2 hours to get my car, when I was asked to come at a specific time, service person I dealt with was NOT customer friendly - I had to return again as a flap under the car was left open

The whole team there are great. Always first class service and continual updates on the progress of my car, from reception, advisors and technicians. The waiting area is lovely and the coffee is fantastic.
Once I had the appointment it was a fast and efficient service in comfortable surroundings. This only point I would raise is that it would be nice if the TV was displaying subtitles like most other places do. But that's a very minor point
When it takes 1 day under 3 weeks to get my car serviced with no communication from the garage and the little issues that should have been fixed under warranty haven't worked. On top of that one of my alloys is marked that wasn't before

Booking the car in can be a problem with the phone not being answered. Because we needed the car I had to be very specific about completion time, especially after a previous disappointment. This time was OK and I do appreciate the car being cleaned

The level of commitment and genuine service I get from Specialist Cars is second to none, especially Steve Tierney of Sales.
The Parking sensor fix wipe out my Satnav favourite settings and the chap at the store needed instructions on how how to reset them.
Car was serviced and satnav issue fixed.
Urgent job fitted in at short notice. Job well done. Car returned beautifully cleaned too!

My wife had a bad experience. It was 5 weeks to book a service. Then when she arrived the centre was to busy and after an hour of the car service not starting my wife asked to rebook. On the second visit a service of 1.5 hours took 2.5 hours.

Driver (Paul?) collected car and confirmed he'd been told of my situ, then spent time doing human job I'd not always associate with BMW (great cars run by system) - actually tried to send an email to thank him but couldn't find any way via website
Spent too long both waiting to be seen when dropping and picking up my car. 45 mins in the morning and around 30mins in the afternoon. Poor Customer Service
Car dropped off 8am, 5:15pm on the ramp with having just completed full service. Couldn't find out what was causing the creaking in my steering and gave the car back to me, unwashed, as they ran out of time when they had it all day! Poor service!
As above. The work was eventually all covered but the communication was this time very disappointing. Totally out of character as have previously had great experience with Specialist Cars

I had to wait 3 weeks for a service. I turned up and my car was not booked in properly so no parts were ordered. I had to return the next day for my service and the car stayd overnight. I was given a loan car.
As above, work carried out fine. But, I had to ring several times to get someone to tell me about the progress of the job and when I might expect to collect the car. I was put on hold several times for very long periods and gave up in the end.

Paul Travers was working on my car. He is a good chap, but is extremely busy, pulled in many directions and is poorly supported by his colleagues at BMW UK. All this makes my experience second rate. This is not a reflection on Paul.
Always a good friendly and professional service
Good service given - an expensive one this time but justified and the staff ensured I knew that the work was necessary and done to a high quality.
Reception staff lovely. Booked in for 1 day, ended up keeping it for 2 OK.Collected the car and work was not completed. I was told the radio was fixed and it hadn't been looked at. Brake fluid wasn't done and i had asked for it to be done.

The job should have taken a day but took 2 days. On the second day I was not told the car was ready for collection. I had to phone twice and eventually had to turn up in person at the dealer to find out what was going on.
Couldn't have been provided with any more assistance or been made to feel so comfortable with the process.
Not completely happy as told reception that I would be in the showroom if they needed me the man responsible for my service needed to talk to for a decision on something but instead of calling nota ting me in the showroom he phoned my wife's mobile,
Courtesy car provided for my disabled wife as it was a mobility car and car cleaned and valeted throughout.
Parking was difficult at Specialist Cars Stevenage & there was a 30min wait for loan car so I have only awarded 4.5 out of 5 ! Apart from these issues the overall Service Experience was Excellent.
I would have been completely satisfied if I'd had the correct message before arriving to collect my car. However the service agent acknowledged this and ensured that this was taken into account
Poor communication delays
Once the car was booked in, the service was very good however getting through to someone to book it in in the first place and getting correct information prior to the appointment was very hard work and took a number of phone calls.

Done quickly and my car was cleaned aswell.
I booked my car in for a service, MOT and wheel swap. I delivered the car at 9am. I had not heard anything by 5pm. When I called, the adviser told me my car might not be ready that day. I told her that I needed the car for a journey to Yorkshire.
After the second time I went back for the same part, I waited for another hour (that's 3 hours in total so far) and I was informed that yet again they'd ordered the wrong part.

Easy to book a service with Specialist cars Stevenage. However, even though my car was left for a whole day to complete a brake fluid service, no care was taken and it was returned to myself with the front nearside wheel nuts not tightened.
Communication was poor. The car was booked for brake service and initially communication was good regarding other work. But no communication about when the car was ready...I had to ring to chase progress report.
