Well looked after, friendly staff. Actually serviced the car this time round
Full day servicing time requested for a service (1st service) on an M2 Competition which other dealers quoted 2 hours for. Also reported a faulty rear seat release catch which I have not yet received any update on since the service
Particularly credible during the current Covid situation
Service was prompt and communication was good.
The work was carried out and completed according to the price and timing I was quoted. I was also able to have the service done quickly (within a couple of days of asking) which was very useful. Friendly and helpful staff.
I found Kush, very helpful, was professional throughout these difficult times. The issue with my newly purchased X 1 was dealt with promptly and quickly. Was given a full guide of the problem with every step explained in detail.

Thought I needed new brake disks but was told they where not needed until the next check.
The car was left with finger prints everywhere and dirty marks left in the interior, no covid 19 cleansing was done to my car after the work was carried out.
Specialist cars forgot to turn off the computer notification "service needed" or add the service stamp to the obc. Found this when returned to home. Had to take the car back today. Now it shows 2 service stamps on the obc for Aug & Sept 2020 :(

They handled all the covid restrictions really well, I was still able to do a test drive and they helped by sending videos of certain car features instead of showing me in the car as this was not allowed. Very impressed with the team.
